UC Berkeley Transportation Week for Undergraduates

Sixteen students, 15 undergrads and one master's student, from Environmental Economics and Policy, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Urban Studies, Political Science, City and Regional Planning and Transportation Engineering, took part in the first-ever Transportation Week, a workshop designed to give students early exposure to transportation concepts and issues. The week included a guided walking tour of downtown Berkeley with the city's pedestrian and bicycle planner and presentations from transportation experts, as well as site visits to other important transportation facilities in the Bay Area.
