2013 UCTC Student Conference Feb. 28-March 2 at UCLA and Downtown Los Angeles
Submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference. To be eligible for reimbursement, you must both submit your abstract and register online. Submissions are welcome from masters, doctoral students, post doctoral scholars, research staff and faculty engaged in transportation-related research at participating campuses. Projects are welcomed from capstone and dissertation efforts, classroom papers or faculty affiliated research. Preliminary findings can be presented for work-in-progress. Projects will be selected by the UCLA program committee for either presentations or posters. Those selected for oral presentation will speak for approximately 15 minutes with an additional question and answer period. Those who are not selected for an oral presentation will automatically be included in a poster session. Abstracts should be submitted by all who wish to present, regardless of format. Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words. If you would only like to be considered for the poster session, please indicate so on the proposal form. Abstracts are due by the end of the day Wednesday, February 6, 2013.
